ABOUT
Acrophase Records was started in 2015 by Dan Asip as an attempt to help the independent artist at the local level. The label is founded upon the promise of connecting and creating with artists, but not leaving them indebted to anyone afterwards. The movement is powered by the analog sound, and Acrophase strives to incorporate the styles of Stax, Motown, and Chess Records, along with many others, to create a sound rarely achieved in 2015.
Over the next few years Acrophase plans on creating a catalog of songs that reflect the independent music scenes that exist in Nashville, Atlanta, and New York. This means leaving no restriction on the style of music that is created by the label. Through single songs, EP's, and 7" records the company will bring the music of every artist they can to as many people possible, while keeping the sonic style that inspires them intact.
